La Ferme Marine & L’Auberge de l’Espinouse offer you « The Gourmet Tour », a tour that lasts two days and one night, to enjoy sea recipes and traditional stew, gastronomic delights taking you from the mountains to the sea ! « The Gourmet Tour », a classic from the Auberge de l’Espinouse, which was introduced by Dany CUCCURULLO : a clever mix of sea and mountains in a short stay. A iodized lunch on the Thau Lagoon’s shore, accompanied by the famous Occimarée’s Oysters, and diner at 900 meters altitude with delicious cured meats coming from Espinouse’s mountains. Both of them the same day, to offer you great landscape and flavors contrast.

In this package:


  • An exclusive tour of the extraordinary Oyster Farm where the oysters (awarded in 2017 and 2018) are produced, and discovery of the shop of La Ferme Marine.
  • Lunch at the restaurant « La tablée ». There is waiting for you a sumptuous seafood buffet composed of oysters, mussels, shrimps, sea salad, grilled fish ( Wolffish, sea bream or sole, depending on arrivals), oysters and mussels gratin and warm recipes.


  • 1st choice : visit of the exceptional winery site Noilly Prat. Discovery of the producing methods of the Noilly Prat Original Dry, from the Mistelles Winery to the Enclos, where hundreds of oak barrels are exposed to the Mediterranean sun. Wine tasting.
  • 2nd choice : guided visit of Saint-Adrien’s Garden.
  • 3rd choice : Cruise* on the Etang de Thau and the Canal du Midi, listed as UNESCO World Heritage. (*extra charge)
  • Departure to Fraïsse-sur-Agoût.


  • Diner and evening at the Auberge de l’Espinouse. A local buffet will be waiting for you by the chimney with a variety of rustic salads and charcuteries. You can also enjoy meat on a spit or tripes « à la mode de l’Auberge » and side dishes. A wide selection of french cheese, pastries and other delicacies as dessert should ravish your tasting buds.

  • Visit and tasting in a meat-curing place in Lacaune. Find out the secret method used to cure the famous meat and enjoy the museum.
  • Lunch at the inn. Complete buffet including appetizer, warm dishes, cheese and dessert.


  • 1st choice : dancing tea with our facilitator that will make you dance with his accordion the whole afternoon, while savoring roasted chestnuts (depending on the season).
